Annual Maintenance

Today’s furnaces and air conditioners are much more efficient than those of years past. High efficient equipment requires complex controls and sensors. As like anything else with many intricate parts maintenance and cleaning is the key to keep your system running at peak performance. Annually maintaining your equipment will not only ensure proper operation but will also give you a peace of mind.

Most fire departments, Insurance companies and all Furnace Manufacturers recommend that you complete an Annual Service and safety Inspection on your equipment. To keep your warranty valid both with the furnace company and with Lennox you are required to do a service and safety check at least every two years.

As part of our 30 point inspection our licensed gas technician will check for any potentially dangerous gas and carbon monoxide leaks in the home. They will also check for parts that may potential fail and replace them at that time. This can help avoid a potential system failure later in the year.
Having Annual maintenance is not only for new and high efficiency equipment.

By having an older system not covered by warranty serviced you are possibly preventing a “NO HEAT” emergency later. A service call done after hours or in the middle of the night can run as high as $225.00 just for diagnostic. If a service technician finds a potentially faulty part during an annual maintenance you are saving yourself $225.00 in labor costs alone that could have been incurred had the system failed later that year.
