At The Furnace Company our installers are all part of the Alberta Advanced Education Apprenticeship and Industry training Program. They are all at various stages of the program from 1ST year through to certified Journeymen and all attend Nait (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) for their certification.

For both the customer and companies piece of mind all employees are bonded,  insured, covered by WCB (workers compensation board of Alberta) and trained in emergency first aid.

One of the main components to our success is consistency. When we bring on a new team member they are put through an in-house training program that ensures all workmanship is completed “The Furnace Company way”.  Training and refresher courses are completed by all employees throughout the year on an ongoing basis to maintain standards and industry knowledge.

Just to Clarify “The Furnace Company way” is the right way. This means we abide by all city Codes and permits. By purchasing permits for all installations (Hot water tanks, Air conditioners, Electrical permits and Furnace installations) we are setting ourselves apart from the competition. Not all companies purchase permits for all installations.

Our policy is that 2 sets of eyes are better than one. By having the city out to inspect the work completed in your home you can rest easy knowing that it was done “the right way”.
