Essential Plan
The essential maintenance plan is our most economical plan, perfect for equipment already covered be manufacturer’s warranty. It provides yearly annual service for your furnace or air conditioner. Keeping you comfortable, safe and running efficiently.
What’s included:
1. An annual maintenance precision tune up for your covered equipment.
2. 24 – 7 emergency service
3. 10% discount on all repairs and parts as well as indoor air quality products
4. 5 % discount on replacement systems or air conditioning
5. Monthly pre authorized payment plan
Cost- $9.99 per month $4.99 per additional furnace and $9.99 per A/C, Pay monthly or annually

PROTECTION PLAN
Our protection plans help you control the cost of maintaining your heating and cooling equipment. They also keep you comfortable, safe and operating efficiently.
1. A annual maintenance precision tune up for your covered equipment.
2. 24 – 7 emergency service
3. 15% discount on all repairs and parts as well as indoor air quality products 7 % discount on replacement systems or air conditioning
4. If the existing system requires repairs, parts and labor will be covered up to $500 per calendar year during regular business hours. Overtime calls are subject to an $89 extra charge.
5. Monthly preauthorized payment plan
Cost 19.95 per month, $14.95 per additional furnace $19.95 per air-conditioning unit
*To qualify for this plan a FREE inspection (not annual maintenance) will be performed on the unit. The heating or cooling unit must pass the inspection to qualify for this plan.
WORRY FREE PLAN
The most relaxing way to heat or cool your home. Our worry free plan gives you full peace of mind.
1. Annual maintenance precision tune up for your covered equipment.
2. MOVE TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE 24 – 7 emergency service
3. 20% discount on all repairs and parts as well as indoor air quality products
4. 10 % discount on replacement systems or air conditioning
5. No overtime charge
6. If the existing system requires repairs, parts and labor will be covered up to $1000 per calendar year.
7. Monthly pre authorized payment plan
Cost 26.99 per month $21.99 per additional Furnace $26.99 per air-conditioner
