I just wanted to take a moment to commend your staff on the job you did with my Lennox furnace. It initially started with you coming out on a Sunday, which is not a typical workday, to do the quote with me. You gave me a couple options and were very thorough going through the house with me and explaining exactly what I was going to have done. You explained to have me call the next day and setup a date for the vent cleaning and also the install. We set a date and on the day of the vent cleaning, your crew showed up early to start the work. Then proceeded to go throughout the house with me and once again show me what was needed and what they were doing.

These guys were all very pleasant and didn’t speak down to you and attempted to help me understand what was happening. Then the following day, your installation crew came bright and early and did a great job with the installation. The 2 guys were very professional, worked diligently, and were once again very pleasant to talk to as we passed pleasantries in the house. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the drain line, and also helped me out a lot with the thermostat at the end of their day. I feel that customer service in general is not in the state it used to be in this day and age and it was great for me to feel that I was properly taken care of, not only with the product which I am very happy with, but moreso with the individuals that did the quote and the installation work for me. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again. From Day 1, Chris was very easy to deal with and attempted to work with me. During the whole process of my house purchase and few upgrades, I can easily say none of the other companies were so accommodating.
